We wanted to thank the entire Job Haines team for the care, support and compassion that you provided for our mother Felicia A. over the past two years.
Our mother was entrusted to the Skilled Nursing Unit. The nurses and aides met all her needs with professionalism and kindness. To care for someone that has dementia and other issues requires an extraordinary dedication that is often undervalued and under appreciated. We hope that in this case they know their work is admired. We are incredibly thankful for their care and humanity.
Challenging residents to remain active and engaged takes incredible effort, yet it is essential to maintaining the vitality of your residents. The activity staff did a wonderful job of meeting these challenges in a supportive and very kind way.
Everyone we encountered in every department was always professional, friendly and helpful.
I wanted to thank everyone at Job Haines for taking such good care of my mother, over the past three and half years. The staff in the assisted living area are the kindest most caring, patient people in the world. I never saw anyone walk past a resident without saying hello or asking how they were.
When aides come to check on my mom, it wasn’t a quick in and out, they stayed and chatted for a bit. The maintenance and housekeeping staff were equally as friendly and as caring. I really appreciated how hard the activities people worked to keep the residents engaged.
The nutritionist and the dining room staff did so much to encourage my mom to eat. The nurses and the social worker not only took good care of my mother, they always took the time to keep me informed about what was going on. As busy as the administrators were, they too found time to visit with the residents.
My mother was also in sub-acute three or four times, and again received wonderful care from the nurses, aides and therapists.
Job Haines staff should walk around with their heads held high for being the most wonderful people on earth.

As a physician who has counted Job Haines residents among my patients for four years, I have always found those who call Job Haines home to be happy to be part of this senior living community. Job Haines is very well run, and the staff is caring and responsive to the needs of the residents.
I would recommend Job Haines without reservation to other physicians or to families making important decisions about accommodations for seniors.
I have been at Job Haines several months now, and I would like to commend on your staff. It’s no wonder you have such a great reputation.
First, your housekeeping staff keeps everything clean and fresh. Maintenance keeps everything running smoothly and I think they can fix EVERYTHING.
The Kitchen staff serves us delicious meals and tries to accommodate our varied choices of food. The Dining Room staff works hard to deliver the food to us as quickly as possible and works hard to please everyone.
The Nursing staff takes care of our health issues and dispenses our medications. Mila and Francesca are great social workers. They help with any issues we may have. Even if it has nothing to do with Job Haines they are always ready to help.
The Activities Staff works hard to keep us active. They have lots of fun working together and keeping us entertained. And then there’s Mary. She is the best, and one of your most valuable employees. She resolves any issues we have with a SMILE on her face. If she doesn’t know the answer, she will get the answer ASAP, and always with a pleasant disposition.
And finally, the Aides are always busy taking care of us, keeping us clean and safe. They show compassion towards us and I could tell that they really care about us. They work hard taking care of anyone who needs help, even if the resident is not assigned to them. They often stop by my room just to say hello and ask if I need anything. I really appreciate that.
All of you who are decision makers are making good decisions and I appreciate all the work you put into it. That is why Job Haines is so well regarded. Thank you for all your efforts.

Words fail me when trying to express my heartfelt gratitude, love and respect I have for all you’ve done for my mom and I during her stay here at Hearthside Commons.
She has felt so cared for, with such dignity and your love and kindness shown to her will never be forgotten. You have been greatly used by “The Master’s Hand” to bless our lives immensely, and you may never realize the extent of all that you’ve done, but may God Himself reward you for your labor of love.
