The Family of Felicia A.

We wanted to thank the entire Job Haines team for the care, support and compassion that you provided for  our mother Felicia A. over the past two years.

Our mother was entrusted to the Skilled Nursing Unit. The nurses and aides met all her needs with professionalism and kindness. To care for someone that has dementia and other issues requires an extraordinary dedication that is often undervalued and under appreciated. We hope that in this case they know their work is admired. We are incredibly thankful for their care and humanity.

Challenging residents to remain active and engaged takes incredible effort, yet it is essential to maintaining  the vitality of your residents. The activity staff did a wonderful job of meeting these challenges in a supportive and very kind way.

Everyone we encountered in every department was always professional, friendly and helpful.
