I wanted to thank everyone at Job Haines for taking such good care of my mother, over the past three and half years. The staff in the assisted living area are the kindest most caring, patient people in the world. I never saw anyone walk past a resident without saying hello or asking how they were.

When aides come to check on my mom, it wasn’t a quick in and out, they stayed and chatted for a bit. The maintenance and housekeeping staff were equally as friendly and as caring. I really appreciated how hard the activities people worked to keep the residents engaged.

The nutritionist and the dining room staff did so much to encourage my mom to eat. The nurses and the social worker not only took good care of my mother, they always took the time to keep me informed about what was going on. As busy as the administrators were, they too found time to visit with the residents.

My mother was also in sub-acute three or four times, and again received wonderful care from the nurses, aides and therapists.

Job Haines staff should walk around with their heads held high for being the most wonderful people on earth.
