I have been at Job Haines several months now, and I would like to commend on your staff. It’s no wonder you have such a great reputation.

First, your housekeeping staff keeps everything clean and fresh.  Maintenance keeps everything running smoothly and I think they can fix EVERYTHING.

The Kitchen staff serves us delicious meals and tries to accommodate our varied choices of food. The Dining Room staff works hard to deliver the food to us as quickly as possible and works hard to please everyone.

The Nursing staff takes care of our health issues and dispenses our medications. Mila and Francesca are great social workers. They help with any issues we may have. Even if it has nothing to do with Job Haines they are always ready to help.

The Activities Staff works hard to keep us active. They have lots of fun working together and keeping us entertained. And then there’s Mary. She is the best, and one of your most valuable employees. She resolves any issues we have with a SMILE on her face. If she doesn’t know the answer, she will get the answer ASAP, and always with a pleasant disposition.

And finally, the Aides are always busy taking care of us, keeping us clean and safe. They show compassion towards us and I could tell that they really care about us. They work hard taking care of anyone who needs help, even if the resident is not assigned to them. They often stop by my room just to say hello and ask if I need anything. I really appreciate that.

All of you who are decision makers are making good decisions and I appreciate all the work you put into it.  That is why Job Haines is so well regarded. Thank you for all your efforts.
