Dear Reineen & Staff,

A delayed note, but heartfelt nonetheless. Thanks so much for the wonderful care you took of Ginny! When she first moved in, I knew it was the best place for her. She was so impressed with how everyone knew her name and said hello.

Thankfully, she was able to enjoy the activities on occasion and I didn’t need to worry about her. As she started to decline, the compassion and care she received was much appreciated.

Her last days at Job Haines on hospice were not only a surprise she could remain in her room, but a relief as well. I am forever grateful she could return back to her home for her final days.

Please pass my gratitude along to all her aides, the nursing staff, especially Faith, and all those that helped in her care and comfort from the minute she moved in until her passing.
